Introduction

This module provides information on the purpose and use of individual protective equipment including the
M40 Field Protective Mask, the MCU-2/P Protective Mask, and protective clothing.

Additionally, you will learn about Mission Oriented Protective Posture (MOPP) to include its purpose,
advantages and disadvantages, components of each level, MOPP gear exchange, procedures for sleeping
in MOPP, and Navy MOPP levels.
