This page contains three pages of the Homeland Security Operations Morning Brief (HSOMB) produced by DHS/IAIP for September 13th, 2004. While numbered "1 of 4, 2 of 4, 3 of 4", no fourth page was included with the response to a FOIA request.
Article two was released in unredacted form in the document "HSOMB Articles of 2004 (Minnesota, Iowa & Wisconsin)"(750KB PDF); an image of the unredacted article is included at the end of this page. Note the redaction reason in the right margin, (b)(2).
